Important Shipping Update – Temporary Pause on U.S. Orders
Dear Customers,
Due to the upcoming U.S. tariff and import regulation changes effective August 29, 2025, we are temporarily pausing all orders to the United States. These changes remove the duty-free exemption for low-value shipments, which unfortunately means all orders would now be subject to customs duties and taxes upon delivery.
We are actively monitoring the situation and working with our shipping partners, including Canada Post and USPS, to find a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) solution. This would allow us to continue offering you transparent, all-in pricing without surprise fees at delivery.
⚠️ What this means for you:
We are not accepting U.S. orders at this time.
As soon as a reliable DDP shipping option becomes available, we plan to reopen.
