Systane Gel has been a lifesaver in addressing my severe dry eyes. Both Restatis and Xidra, which were a prescribed part of my protocol, had become cost-prohibitive, so I've been relying on Systane Gel and OTC eye drops. Systane Gel became unavailable in the States over a several month period - and there was no information about why or when it would be back on the market.
